As Vice President of Operations at Advanced Network Services (ANS), Lance leads multi-regional teams responsible for delivering complex telecommunications and infrastructure projects across the country. With a career built from the ground up, he brings a unique combination of hands-on technical expertise and executive leadership to every aspect of the business.

Lance began his career as a field technician and advanced through progressively senior roles—including Project Manager, General Manager, and ultimately Vice President of Operations—gaining firsthand experience in project execution, customer service, team development, and operational management. This journey has given him a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities at every level of the organization.

Known for his collaborative leadership style and commitment to operational excellence, Lance has earned a reputation for building high-performing teams, solving complex operational challenges, and fostering long-term customer relationships. His contributions have been recognized through numerous industry and organizational awards, reflecting his ability to inspire people, navigate challenges, and consistently deliver successful outcomes.

Today, Lance is focused on driving operational excellence, mentoring the next generation of leaders, and supporting ANS's continued growth as a trusted partner in telecommunications, data center infrastructure, critical communications (ERRCS/Public Safety DAS), and In-Building Wireless solutions.
