Description:
This position contributes to ANS's success by contributing to the revenue growth of the company through development of new and existing customer relationships. Successful candidates will possess a "Raise the bar" mentality - constantly striving to reach new levels of performance and an unconditional commitment and desire to win!

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent EF&I, Telephony or Networking industry experience
  • Minimum of 2 to 5 years technical industry experience preferred.
  • Willingness and ability to cold call a must!
  • Proven achievement in consultative selling and prospecting
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, high level of self-initiative, customer relationship management skills and goal oriented
  • Ability to identify customers needs and configure a solution to meet objectives
  • Customer relationship management skills including demonstrated ability to display a strong customer service orientation
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Goldmine CRM a plus!
  • Strong presentation, proposal writing, communication and planning skills

Duties:

  • Generate new revenue by selling EF&I services
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals
  • Drive the sales closing process
  • Drive customers sales meetings and conference calls
  • Identify, validate, quantify and prioritize opportunities
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Operations and Marketing to expedite exchange of ideas and information needed to support timely implementation and installation of service to prospective new accounts
  • Ensure post sales support is delivered
  • Sales accountability
  • Attend industry and customer focused networking events
  • Travel 50%

Quality Auditor

Description:
The Quality Auditor position is responsible for ensuring adherence to customer specific quality policies and standards as well as ISO 9000/TL9000 requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 to 5 Years telecom experience
  • Telecordia quality auditing certification
  • Excellent communication, organizational and planning skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Internet, email, etc.
  • Ability to implement Quality Standards
  • Must have reliable transportation

Duties:

  • Review and appraise adherence to industry quality standards
  • Perform job site quality audits and complete quality documentation
  • Analyze quality metrics and document results
  • Promote continuous process improvements and systemization
  • Report findings and/or recommendations to Corporate
  • The successful candidate will also be expected to perform duties as a Lead Installer when not conducting audits, which includes the installation of various Telco Central Office Equipment adhering to the highest industry quality standards
